Course: 2,500 metres from the A14 by-pass to the Penny Ferry pub.
Boats: Eights and fours (4-, 4+, 4x, 4x+) as listed below
Events: ARA: Elite, S2, S3, S4, Novice, Veteran, Junior
CRA: Elite, S2, S3, S4, Novice, Veteran, Junior (Closed Events)
Student: (Schools & Colleges): Senior, Novice, Beginner (Closed Events)
The Student 'Beginner' category is strictly for those who have not rowed before Sept '08.
Student 'Novice' and 'Senior' categories should be evaluated according to the ARA points classification.
Veteran events will be run using the ARA handicap timing system.
Doubling up is allowed, providing no individual rows in the same ARA event more than once.
Any crew in any division. Where possible, please enter beginner crews in Division 1.
Division times: (1) 8.30am, (2) 10.15am, (3) 11.40am, (4) 1.05pm, (5) 2.30pm
Fees: Eights: £40, Fours £20 (if sent with completed entry forms)
Eights: £56, Fours £28 (if paid on the day)

An ARA 'Head of River Entry Form' must be submitted for each entry to an ARA event. It is not required for entries to the CRA and Student closed events or the sculling event.
Individuals participating in ARA events must have ARA membership.
Junior and Veteran crews must note their dates of birth and their junior or veteran status.
You can request that race numbers for fully paid-up entries received by the close date be sent out with the draw.
Single scull sprint challenge!!! ● £150 for the fastest sculler over 1000m* ● £50 second prize, £20 third prize ● Division '3½' (approx 12:50pm), division '4½' (approx 2:15pm). *Womens times multiplied by 0.949 (ratio of times Tufte:Neykova at the 2008 Olympics. Clubs with more than £300-worth of fours and eights entries receive one free 1x entry. All other 1x entries are £15 per seat. This is a closed (non-ARA) event. Scullers may race in a four or eight in the division preceding their sculling race if they swap over swiftly at Stourbridge Common, but they may not double up in the division immediately after. Limited places available.
