Cantabs had 17 entries at Cambridge Autumn Head on Saturday 13th October, coming away with 5 wins.
W.J18.8+
The Junior Squad had a good day, with wins in J15.4x+ and J16.4x-, as well as J16.8x+. There was a particularly promising performance from the J18 girls’ 8+, who finished as the 4th fastest women’s crew overall. Amy Hill, Junior Captain Lorna McBridge, Zara Parr, Olivia Boyle, Catherine Morley, Mia Beauchamp, Sofia Chicolecchia, Lucy Jennion and cox Charlotte Parr were also the 2nd fastest W8+ overall.
The 2 fastest women’s crews of the day were two W4x- from the Senior Women’s Squad. The Aquaphobes also enjoyed a strong performance in their first race of the season, to win MasDE.8+.
