HM Revenue and Customs has registered Cantabs as a Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC). Benefits of CASC registration include the ability to reclaim Gift Aid from donations from UK taxpayers, business rate relief and some tax exemptions.
Members will hear more about how the club can make the most of the benefits of its new CASC status over the next few weeks.
